Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.

Commission Info:

• I do not do NSFW, if you are unsure if something is NSFW feel free to ask.• If I do not own a Avatar Base/Asset the price of said Base/Asset will be added to the price of the commission. List of all owned assets• Under no circumstances are you allowed to use my art for AI training and/or models and/or for production of NFT's, whether it be from your personal commissioned piece or otherwise.• I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.• If you don't wish to have your commission posted or used for promotional purposes, you must inform me before the commission is done.• Your reference sheet or reference images must be high res and clearly show markings.

Payment And Refunds:

• Payments are upfront via paypal invoices.• All prices are in USD.• For textures refunds are only available until the first WIP images are sent.• For renders refunds are only available until work has begun.• Refunds are never available for payments on assets I must purchase for a commission, as those assets are non-refundable.

Queue Info and Estimated Wait Times:

• Estimated wait times are unknown and depend on position in queue. However by PayPals Terms of Service, I will deliver your completed work by 180 days.• Rush commissions are not accepted due to irregular work schedule.• Once payment has been received, you be be moved to the queue. (Which can be found Here) Commissions are completed mostly in payment order.

My work Process For Textures:

• I will ask for your ref sheet or reference images, as well what model(s) you want me to work on.• I will inform you of the cost of the commission and will ask for your email.• I will start the base colour process and outline markings.• After the colouring process I will send the first WIP images, at this point you are able to request any changes. After this no major changes can be made and refunds are no longer accepted.• I then complete any changes and finish the commission, sending the textures in a zip file.

My work Process For Renders:

• I will ask for your idea and/or reference images, as well what model(s) you want me to use.• I will inform you of the cost of the commission and will ask for your email.• I will do a basic setup of the scene and basic poses.• I will then send the first WIP image(s) and ask if there are any changes. After I will refine the poses and send a second WIP image(s).• I then do any changes if there are any after the second WIP image(s), then I work on lighting and post processing, sending the third set of WIP image(s) to confirm lighting/post processing.• If any changes are requested with the lighting they are then done and after approval the final 4k render will be rendered out and sent.
